Apparently she was on her way to the Late Night Show With Jimmy Fallon and was yelling at people to buy her album and randomly ran into him on the street. See the video of her talking about it on the show:

Nutella superfan Sara Rosso loved Nutella so much that she created and began World Nutella Day back in 2007. She created a website, facebook and twitter following to bring together Nutella fanatics. She spent hours pulling together the best of the best recipes using Nutella for everyone to share. But this is all coming to an end because Ferrero (the makers of Nutella) sent her a cease and desist. I cannot believe a company would do this to one of their biggest supporters and fans. If this were me it would leave a bad taste in my mouth. But Sara is putting on a brave face and said to this day she still supports and eats Nutella. More on the story in the video below:
