t’s only been a month and a half since Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince George, the future King of England, but somehow The Duchess of Cambridge has already lost all 29 pounds she gained while pregnant.
So how did Kate get in shape so quickly? Turns out her secret was never getting out of shape.
Even while carrying her little prince she routinely ran, swam and did Pilates…which made it much easier to kick it into gear and shed the extra weight.
Sounds like Kate made it look easy by never taking it easy!
