This is pretty sick. Some dude and a few other guys were plotting to kidnap our little Bieber at his last concert in NYC. After that, they wanted to castrate him with some pruning shears, then strangle him to death. The police foiled the twisted plot, and actually got tipped off to it by the ringleader, who had a change of heart since he's a huge fan of Justin's.
