Demi Lovato‘s self titled album Demi dropped last week and after only one week, Demi’s gained even more fans than before.
Demi caught up with On Air with Ryan Seacrest and revealed everything from how the writing process was to who she looks to for inspiration.
“It was really fun and also therapeutic in a lot of ways…a lot of these songs are very personal to me and I had to make myself vulnerable at times but in the end I think it was worth it.”
Speaking of a personal songs, Demi also shared how she joined forces with Cher Lloyd for hit track “Really Don’t Care.”
“She’s great! We had the chance to meet on X Factor and I said to Simon [Cowell], ‘I have to work with her!’—She’s sassy and a lot of fun.”
Another artist Demi would love to work with and influences her music?
“Always Kelly Clarkson,” Demi added.
